DIY Watercolor Set

When I started with watercolors I didn't have a set (metal box). I just had some individual watercolor half pans. Nowadays you can even buy those empty boxes. I couldn't. I noticed in the begining that I will need something to keep my pans safe and also to fix them on something. Moving with a brush, to get some color from a moving pan, is not an easy task.

I transformed a simple metal pencil case (which I already had) into a watercolor box. And it served me well for many years. 

  NOTE: Instead of a metal pencil case you could also use something out of plastic. 
My example is just a suggestion, maybe you come up with something better.  


Hopefully I will help somebody with this and if not, I hope the bunny   is cute enough to redeem myself for this nonsense.
